Updating jewellery doesn’t always have to involve a dramatic change, sometimes a few subtle tweaks are all a piece needs to transform it into the jewellery of your dreams.

When Sean came to us with an inherited old cut diamond ring he knew his girlfriend Ella loved, he was keen to keep the personality of the original ring but present it in a way more keeping with Ella’s style.

Our designer Emma added a contemporary twist to the vintage design, incorporating the original stones and beautiful touches including fine milligrain platinum edging and an 18ct gold band.

Sean presented the ring to Ella during a romantic proposal in Greece.
