This striking vine inspired thumb ring was created to adorn the hand of the lovely Nicky. Due to the intricate diamond details and where the thumb ring was to be worn, the fit of this piece needed to be just right. Before creating the beautiful platinum ring, our goldsmith handmade a silver prototype to ensure an absolutely perfect fit.

Nicky had the following to say about her new piece:

“I was a little nervous about seeing the finished ring, I loved the silver mock up, but could not be absolutely certain that I would also like the final result. Well, I don’t just like it – I absolutely one hundred per cent LOVE it! The ring sits on my thumb as though it has always been there and it is so light and comfortable that I am barely aware I am wearing it — except when I look down and it makes me smile. It is so delicate but covers my thumb in exactly the way I wanted it to. I love all the detail that has gone into the design – a true masterpiece.
