When planning the proposal to his partner who is a highly regarded architect, our client wanted a ring that was truly special. With a strong sense of style and a keen love of design, we knew we would have to come up with something incredible to adorn the finger of this successful woman. Our designer Emma worked closely with our client learning about his future fiancé’s likes and dislikes to determine a series of ideas which formed a starting point for the design.

As her favourite colour is teal, we suggested elevating an exquisite central cushion cut diamond with a set of stunning pear cut blue tourmalines. The key is in the detail, so to add another element of design we also grain set smaller brilliant cut diamonds into a sweeping crossover shank and into the side of the central setting. The end result is an architecturally striking and unique engagement ring worthy of its wearer.
