Its story began when our client discovered a stunning deep pink sapphire while travelling through Burma. Enchanted by its vivid hue, he knew this stunning gemstone deserved to become part of a truly special piece of jewellery.

Rather than commissioning a piece right away, he held onto the sapphire, waiting for the perfect moment to turn it into a meaningful gift for his partner.

When the time was right he came to us with a clear vision for a timeless and elegant custom ring. We carefully designed the beautiful, bespoke setting to not only showcase the vibrant colour of the sapphire, but also further enhance its natural beauty. The sapphire is encircled by an 18ct gold octagonal halo, meticulously grain-set with natural champagne-coloured diamonds. The gentle tone of the diamonds contrasts beautifully with the bold pink of the sapphire and rich gold, creating a harmonious, warm palette. We completed the ring with a platinum shank, offsetting the warmer tones of the ring to balance the overall design.
