Our journey began with an initial consultation at our Clapham-based studio, where we explored the client’s vision and discussed their design ideas. Given the impressive size of the central diamond, it was essential our custom engagement ring design utilised the perfect proportions to create a stunning and balanced piece.

The client wanted a custom-made engagement ring that radiated confidence and sophistication. The focus was on enhancing the dimensions of the central diamond with a contemporary fine diamond halo surround. The right aesthetic was crucial, as the client desired a design that would seamlessly blend modern elegance with timeless beauty.

To achieve this, we decided to hand make the ring, ensuring every detail was meticulously crafted to perfection. The design process began on paper, with hand-drawn sketches using pencils and colour to bring the vision to life. The client approved the final design, which featured all diamonds set in a gleaming yellow gold mount. The band and the fine halo surround incorporated cut-down settings for the diamonds, adding an extra touch of brilliance.

The heart of this custom engagement ring is a striking round brilliant-cut diamond, secured with beautifully detailed kite-shaped claws. This design choice not only displays the diamond’s brilliance but also adds a unique and elegant touch to the bespoke ring.
