Paying tribute to her husband-to-be’s heritage, the basket of Kathy’s engagement ring is inspired by traditional Celtic triquetra symbolising unity, everlasting life and strength. In contrast to the rest of the platinum ring, the basket has been crafted in warm gold to ensure the blue of the sapphire truly shines and the thoughtful detail is not lost.

Hidden inside the band is a further nod to her partner’s family history – a single purple amethyst representing the national flower of Scotland, the thistle.
