Created for a returning client, this vibrant multi-gemstone custom eternity ring was commissioned to mark the birth of her second child. Like her existing W&W piece, this ring takes the form of an alternative eternity band celebrating a beautiful new chapter in her life.
Although this second piece echoes the first, the design is entirely unique. Both rings share a warm palette of tonal gemstones, each chosen for its beauty rather than a symbolic association. There are no birthstones, and no set formula. Instead, the design is guided by style, instinct, and emotion – a celebration of personal preference.
Set in rich yellow gold, the ring features a curated arrangement of gemstones and diamonds. Unlike traditional eternity rings, which often follow a strict linear pattern, this design flows organically. The diamonds serve as elegant accents rather than dominant features, allowing the coloured stones to take centre stage.
What makes this commission especially striking is the way both rings have been designed to work with one another. While they sit beautifully on their own, when worn together, they become a substantial and striking statement – one that reflects both growth and continuity. The pairing creates a harmonious yet evolving silhouette, much like the growing family they represent.
We love that no rules were followed in creating these pieces. There is no template, no gender-specific colour coding – just a deeply personal interpretation of what an eternity ring can be. This is a perfect example of how bespoke design allows for creative freedom and emotional expression.
At W&W Jewellery, we believe that truly personal jewellery is not bound by tradition. It is defined by the wearer and made to evolve alongside life’s most significant moments.
