This salt and pepper diamond bespoke engagement ring was commissioned to feel fluid, sculptural and entirely individual. Designed and handcrafted in London, this piece explores the idea of molten gold in motion – shaping the metal so it appears almost poured, while still holding a considered arrangement of diamonds.

At its centre sits a natural salt and pepper diamond, chosen for its depth, character and organic inclusions. Surrounding it are antique old cut diamonds in graduating sizes, each individually set, yet visually gathered within the flowing movement of the gold. The contrast between the contemporary sculptural form and the romantic old cut diamonds creates a distinctive balance of modern and heritage influences.

Crafted in 18ct yellow gold, the asymmetric silhouette allows the stones to feel captured within the metal, rather than simply placed upon it. The design was developed through a collaborative bespoke process, refining multiple sketches and proportions to achieve a composition that feels generous, comfortable and harmonious from every angle.
