When James came to us, he was keen to create an incredible gift for his wife, Amice, inspired by a cuff she had seen months earlier in a magazine but all we had to go on was a blurred image that James had cleverly grabbed when the coast was clear. With James’s design direction and suggested colours, Richard and Narell created a series of concepts, influenced by Amice’s engagement ring, with complementary combinations of precious metals and gemstones.

With James’ feedback one particular idea was developed to become the final scale design which we brought to life as a stunning statement piece. Handmade in gold to cuff proportions and speckled with aquamarine, diamonds and tsavorite garnets this is a bold piece! As a complete surprise, James gave the gemstone encrusted cuff to Amice on Christmas Day, and she loved it.
