The journey of this gorgeous engagement ring was all about finding the perfect gemstone.

Originally destined to be blue, Simon and our client explored an array of extraordinary blue toned gemstones including sapphires and aquamarines, but the colour just didn’t seem to sit quite right.

Once blue made way for green, and our viewing table was filled with emeralds, green sapphires and tourmaline, we knew we had found the right fit. Drawn to the mossy tones of green sapphire, we presented our client with a carefully selected collection to choose from – including a wildcard two-tone sapphire.

Much to our delight, she fell in love with our wildcard and this incredible two-toned sapphire now sits at the centre of her beautiful gold engagement ring.
