At W&W Jewellery, we take great pride in creating bespoke pieces that are as unique as the love stories they represent. When Ben came to us with a clear vision for his engagement ring, we knew this was going to be a special project. He had an image of the perfect design in mind – a diamond double halo engagement ring that he knew would captivate Rosie’s heart.
From the very start, Ben was confident about what he wanted, but we worked closely with him to bring his dream to life, ensuring that every detail was considered. Together, we explored a variety of central diamond options, discussing the cut, clarity, and carat to find the perfect balance. We were meticulous about matching the inner and outer halos, ensuring that the same number of diamonds featured in both, creating a harmonious and symmetrical design.
To enhance the brilliance and sparkle of the ring, we opted for platinum for the internally set claws. This choice not only allowed for a sleek, modern finish but also contributed to the overall twinkle of the diamonds. The outer claws were crafted in yellow gold, adding a beautiful contrast that gives the ring an elegant, warm tone while maintaining the luxurious look of a full yellow gold band.
The centre diamond was chosen for its exceptional clarity and colour – as clear and colourless as can be, ensuring that it would shine brilliantly in any light.
When Ben proposed to Rosie in Porto that July, we were over the moon to hear that she was absolutely thrilled with the ring. It was everything they had envisioned together, a symbol of their love that would last a lifetime. At W&W Jewellery, it is moments like these that remind us why we are passionate about creating jewellery that is as meaningful as it is beautiful.
