Custom Engraved Wedding Rings

When an engagement ring has a strong design identity of its own, the wedding ring sitting alongside it needs to feel equally considered.

For this couple, the starting point for their bespoke wedding bands was the engagement ring we had previously created for her. Its design featured a round brilliant cut diamond alongside intricate fishtail-set diamond shoulders, fine engraved detailing and a distinct Art Deco influence.

The design of her wedding ring grew naturally from the visual language of her engagement ring, echoing its geometric detailing and Art Deco influence in a beautifully refined way.

Her wedding band was created in yellow gold and engraved across its surface with a repeating geometric pattern inspired by the detailing already present on her engagement ring. Fine borders frame the engraving, while the alternating angular motifs give the band texture, rhythm and a beautifully distinctive character.

The wedding ring is striking in its own right, with enough detail and craftsmanship to make it feel special as a standalone piece. Worn alongside her engagement ring, the connection between the two designs becomes beautifully apparent, with the engraving echoing the geometric language of the original ring.

The result is an elegant bespoke wedding ring with a subtle Art Deco character: intricate when viewed closely but refined enough for everyday wear.

Both wedding rings were also finished with their own personal engraving on the inside, adding another layer of meaning to each piece.

For his wedding ring, the couple chose a contrasting approach: a classic polished yellow gold band. Simple, timeless and beautifully proportioned, it feels connected to her more decorative ring through the shared warmth of yellow gold.
